Biography

I am a self taught artist, with no formal training.

I am inspired by wildlife and landscapes, the 'colours' of weather and my back garden! I am fortunate enough to live in Derbyshire with the Peak District on the doorstep and have visited Canada several times which has provided additional inspiration

I also undertake pet portraits on a commision basis

I have been painting and drawing from an early age but it is only since early retirement in 2004 that I have been able to spend time on what was previously an enjoyable hobby.
